By accessing, browsing, or using the North x Northeast Trading Company website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms apply to website visitors, customers, and individuals who interact with our online storefront. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order through our website. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

North x Northeast Trading Company offers specialty coffee, curated merchandise, gift sets, and other products through its online storefront. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability are accurate. However, minor variations in packaging, appearance, and product presentation may occur. All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes or other charges, if any, will be disclosed during checkout. Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, NTC will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate alternative or refund. We may update product offerings, descriptions, and prices without prior notice. If a pricing or description correction materially affects an order already submitted, NTC will contact the customer before proceeding and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund when applicable.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders may be placed through our online storefront using the payment methods available at checkout. Payment is required when an order is submitted. All orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, delivery eligibility, and acceptance by NTC. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. NTC may contact customers if additional information or clarification is required. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable products, payment issues, suspected fraud, or an ineligible delivery address, subject to applicable law. If NTC cannot fulfill an order for which payment has been collected, we will notify the customer and issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before NTC begins preparing it for fulfillment. To request a cancellation, email ambassador@nxnetrading.com as soon as possible and include your order number. Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by NTC. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel an order. Once an order has entered preparation, packaging, or delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation is unavailable, the applicable Refunds & Returns Policy will govern any eligible return or refund. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. NTC will generally initiate approved refunds within five business days, consistent with its Refunds & Returns Policy. Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights or remedies available under applicable law.

5. Local Delivery

NTC currently offers free local delivery to eligible addresses within designated service areas in the Kansas City metropolitan region, Lawrence, and Topeka, subject to delivery eligibility. Delivery availability is determined by the customer’s address and applicable ZIP code restrictions at checkout. Not every address within these general geographic areas is necessarily eligible. Standard shipping is not currently available through our online storefront. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact information, and any instructions reasonably necessary to complete delivery. NTC will communicate delivery arrangements and estimated timing as appropriate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by NTC.

Customers are responsible for making reasonable arrangements to receive their orders. If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, restricted access, or unsuccessful delivery arrangements, NTC will contact the customer to coordinate next steps. NTC will make reasonable efforts to protect orders during preparation and delivery. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect, customers should follow the reporting procedures in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

6. Refunds & Returns

NTC maintains a category-based refund and return policy that distinguishes consumable products from eligible nonfood merchandise. Coffee and gift sets containing consumable products are generally final sale, subject to exceptions for damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect orders and applicable law.

Eligible nonfood merchandise, including certain mugs, accessories, and KingstonReilly curated goods, may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Customers should report damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect orders within 7 calendar days of delivery. This reporting period does not limit rights available under applicable law. For approved returns within our designated local delivery service area, NTC will coordinate complimentary pickup at a mutually agreed-upon date, time, and eligible location. Approved refunds will generally be initiated within five business days of approval. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution. 7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to use the NTC website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing orders, submitting inquiries, or creating an account. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for notifying NTC of suspected unauthorized account activity. Users must not attempt to interfere with website security, gain unauthorized access to systems, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website for unlawful purposes. Customers must not submit false, misleading, abusive, or malicious information through website forms or other communication channels. NTC reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action, including declining transactions or restricting access where legally permitted.
